At Whimsy & Wonder, every item is chosen with care and packed with love. But we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Email us at hello@whimsyandwondercollective.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Because many of our bundles contain curated and seasonal items, we do not accept general returns at this time. However, if something’s not right, we want to hear from you. We review each situation individually and always aim to provide a resolution that feels fair and kind.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
